Our Original Recipe KFC chicken is always freshly prepared by hand and cooked in our restaurants by our specially trained cooks.

In each of our restaurants, a specially trained cook prepares each whole chicken piece by hand. We use only the finest British flour to ‘bread’ our chicken - that’s what we call adding the coating of flour that contains our secret blend of eleven herbs and spices! Freshness is everything to us, so every piece of chicken is fried within 5 to 10 minutes of being breaded.
