Fortuna began its journey as a small Radio Repair Store in 1954, ran by Brian Dingle. Fortuna grew not only in physical size, but services, staff and knowledge in time to come. Brian enrolled both his children John and Mary, who have been key to the development of Fortuna. Joining Europe’s largest Electrical Retail Group, Euronics, has allowed Fortuna to obtain a wider range of product and offer some of the most competitive prices in Jersey.

Still family-run, Fortuna has taken its next steps in its ever-growing journey and bringing all our household names into one place – FortunaJersey.

Retail Division

FortunaJersey have built strong relationships with manufacturers over the years and by doing so assure that we are well trained in the latest technologies that are offered and have access to some exclusive/selected product.

Domestic Installation Division

FortunaJersey have a multitude of experience in Domestic Installation, from simple TV Wall mounting to Satellite and Aerial Installation to Full SmartHome, Networking/Wi-FI and CCTV. Our Domestic Installation Division has grown from its predecessor names and taken the best elements of them all into one place.

With extended experience from our Retail Division in the latest technology, a wealth of knowledge from SmartHome Jersey (Jersey’s first SmartHome technology retail/install business) and the acquisition of Telefitters – Satellite and Aerial Fitters, our team have the ability to cater to your requirements.

Commercial Solutions Division

FortunaJersey have always accommodated businesses of Jersey with a variety of solutions and due to the growth in requirement and services we offer, has earnt its own division within the company. FortunaJersey’s largest development within the Commercial Sector was working with AVC One (UK) which opened many new avenues such as Digital Signage, Media, Telephony and Energy.

Further to this we offer network, CCTV, Boardroom Solutions, Audio/Visual, Conference Systems, PA Systems, Satellite and Aerial and Service and Support. FortunaJersey’s Commercial Solutions Division will continue to grow with technology and service and will be happy to fulfil your business requirements.

Service Division

FortunaJersey’s journey started right here in providing repairs of Radio’s for Jersey. Since then and with the growth within the other divisions of the company, we are the Sole Service Agent for Dyson in Jersey.

We also offer repair services for other manufacturers and products to assure our clients are covered. We offer repairs for goods that are Under Warranty and Out of Warranty, as well as Insurance Reports for when unexpected accidents occur with your goods. FortunaJersey’s Service Division is here to help when things go wrong.
