Fluid Architecture always work with leading edge BIM (Building Information Modeling) 3D CAD software, regardless of a project’s size, which benefits you in many ways. As we ‘draw’ our designs, in sketch or final form, the resultant drawings give us a three dimensional model from which we can extrapolate various pieces of vital information.

Importantly it enables us to communicate,to the client, the Planning Department and the contractor clearly and concisely, giving a life-like realism and the ability to ‘walk’ clients through their projects. It allows us to coordinate our designs with other consultants, which significantly reduces the potential for construction problems and additional costs later on site.

It also assists us with eliminating ‘communication’ errors when dealing with the Planning Department through the use of montage photographs and integration of topographical and street scene modelling.
