Databond is a secure, actively managed, off-site records archive facility, from which records may be retrieved 24/7.

Databond management systems identify the archived records by document, file, box, disk, tape etc. and track their location at all times. Customers may view their database and order the scanning, delivery and collection of records online via RSWEBnet.

Databond operate a twice daily retrieval and delivery service, Monday to Friday, plus emergency services available 24/7. Records may also be retrieved and viewed securely on line or delivered via encrypted email.
