I contacted the Hearing Healthcare Centre a few months ago to help with my Grandad who is hard of hearing. I was greeted by Matthew who arranged an appointment for me and was very polite and helpful with all the worries I had with my Grandads Hearing.
We managed to get the perfect set of hearing aids for him which are small enough for my Grandad to wear comfortably and be able to look after them himself.
I really appreciate everything the Hearing Healthcare Centre has done for my Grandad as his quality of life has dramatically improved now he can hear so much better. It is so much easier to engage with him now he can hear and I don't have to shout anymore!
The greatest thing was when I walked out of my appointment with Matt with my Grandads newly fitted hearing aids, my Grandad looked up to me and said, 'wow, I can hear the birds tweeting for the first time in years.' You can't put a price on that!
