La Faîs'sie d'Cidre (Cider Festival)

Taking place in St. Lawrence, the center of Jersey, La Faîs'sie d'Cidre lets locals and visitors enjoy Jersey's heritage through watching the long time tradition of cider making. Enjoy the spectacle of using horsepower to crush the apples and then watch as layers of pulp are built on a press to extract juice.

Jersey Cider

That's not all! The two-day festival, sponsored by Jersey Tourism, offers games and activities, a charming Genuine Jersey craft market, an historical Jersey photography exhibition, and even appearances by island beekeepers.

Discover juice making, bread making and learn from the apple experts in their demonstrations. If you get hungry, there are plenty of food stalls and ciders from CAMRA, Jersey's promoters of quality drinks.

This festival is free to Jersey Heritage Members and Jersey Pass Holders. For more information on admission pricing, dates and time, visit www.jerseyheritage.org. You can contact them at 01534 633300 or email info@jerseyheritage.org.
